Carol Susan Dweck is an American psychologist. She is the Lewis and Virginia Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. Dweck is known for her work on Mindset.

A Growth Mindset people solving problems, and finding ways to become successful in life. To briefly sum up the findings: Individuals who believe their talents can be developed (through hard work, good strategies, good planning and input from others) have a growth mindset. They tend to achieve more than those with a more fixed mindset (those who believe their talents are innate gifts)

Fixed Mindset (Poor Mindset)
Fixed Mindset people, they never focus on learning, they build more liabilities and focus on show off, buying expensive gadgets and accessories. They don't have big dreams.
Millionaire Mindset
Millionaire Mindset people, they build more Assets, they are good investors, and they create a Business, so that they generate passive income.
Competitive mindset
Competitive mindset people, they have no future plans and goals, no extra savings, no other investments for a brighter future. They spend more than they earn.
